For drivers enjoying user chooser policies vehicle renewal is an exciting but often time consuming activity. We provide personal support by phone and email but offer an additional on line virtual showroom. This is client specific guiding drivers to their specific entitlement - added convenience but also avoiding the traditional problems of vehicle requests which fall outside the job grade.

24 Hour Driver Assist
IFC act as the driver’s first and only point of contact so you know that regardless of the vehicle and/or maintenance supplier all staff follow the same process. Whether it’s to book a service, arrange tyre replacement or a request for advice on any aspect of running a company vehicle, your driver has 
support at the end of a phone 24 hours a day.

How well are we doing?
We regularly monitor driver satisfaction levels and use this information to provide client reporting as well as for training and developing our own staff.
